We are thrilled to support The Protect College Sports Act of 2026 from Chairman Cruz and Ranking Member Cantwell. This is the first comprehensive bipartisan legislation that seeks to bring college sports out of the chaos. From their incredible efforts to reach consensus language that will pass both the House and the Senate, it is clear that the Senators share in our mission to save college sports, every program and every sport. We are hopeful that we can continue the momentum to save this unique American institution, which provides over 550,000 student-athletes annually with unparalleled opportunities for academic achievement, leadership development, social mobility and lifelong success.
